Your order may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or handling fees charged by your local customs authority upon arrival. These are:

Country-specific notes:
🇬🇧 UK — Orders under £135 may still incur a handling fee from the carrier. Orders over £135 will be charged VAT + duty on delivery. Your rātri long sleeve is priced at £59.99, so most orders will fall under the threshold.
🇮🇳 India — Customs duty on apparel can range from 20–40% of declared value, and is often collected by the courier before releasing your parcel. Please factor this in before ordering.
🇺🇸 USA — Orders under $800 USD are generally duty-free under the de minimis threshold. Most orders will clear without issue.
🇨🇦 Canada — Orders over CAD $20 may attract GST/HST. Most single orders will be minimal.
🇪🇺 Europe — Orders under €150 often clear without customs charges, though this is not guaranteed. Your rātri long sleeve is priced at €69.99.
🇳🇿 New Zealand — GST applies to imports over NZD $1,000. Single orders will typically clear without issue.
🇿🇦 South Africa — Import duties and VAT (15%) may apply depending on declared value.
We will not falsify customs declarations or mark orders as gifts to help avoid fees.

Failed Deliveries & Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs fees, re-shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at contact@navaraclothing.shop and we'll investigate with the carrier.
