TERMS OF SERVICE

1. General

By purchasing from Navara Clothing (navaraclothing.shop), you agree to these terms. Navara Clothing is an independent small-batch streetwear brand based in Sydney, Australia. All transactions are processed in AUD.

2. Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed only once payment is successfully processed.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock discrepancies, payment issues, or circumstances outside our control. You will be notified and refunded in full if this occurs.
• Pricing is subject to change between drops. Your order is locked in at the price shown at checkout.

3. Intellectual Property

All designs, branding, photography, and content associated with Navara Clothing are our original work and may not be reproduced, copied, or redistributed without written permission.

4. Liability

Navara Clothing is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing times, or circumstances outside our control (natural disasters, strikes, etc.). Once an order is handed to the carrier, responsibility for delivery timelines transfers to them.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
